Be The Insider monitors USASpending.gov, a public database maintained by the United States government, and sends SMS notifications when publicly traded companies are awarded federal contracts meeting our criteria (generally awards above $50 million). Alerts typically include the company name, ticker symbol, contract value, awarding agency, and the contract's size relative to the company's market capitalization.
All information in our alerts is derived from publicly available government records. We do not possess, use, or distribute material non-public information of any kind.
Nothing in our alerts, website, or related materials is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners. Past performance of any stock following an alert does not guarantee or suggest future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed financial professional before making them.
You must be at least 16 years of age to subscribe to the Service. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this requirement, that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided, and that the information you submit is accurate.

We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered, that they will be delivered within any particular timeframe, or that the underlying data — which originates from third-party government and financial data sources — is complete, current, or error-free. Federal contract records may be amended, corrected, or cancelled after publication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be The Insider and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Be The Insider name, website design, alert formatting, and original content are the property of the Service's operators. Underlying federal contract data is public information sourced from USASpending.gov. You may share individual alerts and award memo images for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not resell, redistribute at scale, or republish the Service's alert feed without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for abuse of the Service or violation of these terms. You may terminate at any time by replying STOP to any message.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
